Around the Web: Soda Bread For St. Patty's Leftover Sandwiches

We dig what they’ve got going on over at Food2, the new hip blog from the FoodNetwork and thought we’d share one of their posts with you because it fits the occasion. Irish soda bread which gets its name for the use of baking soda instead of yeast in its leavening, is quick and rather easy to bake. Perfect for tomorrow when you’ve got a pounding hangover and want to mop up the remains of that corned beef and cabbage and make some tasty leftover sandwiches.

Check out the recipe over at Food2 and send us photos of the sandwiches you make!
