What We’re Eating takes a quick look at sandwiches the Unbreaded team can’t get enough of.

Although the Oyster Po’ Boy is a must have, there is another sandwich at Grace Tavern that holds a special place in our hearts: the Boudin Blanc Sausage.

The veal, chicken and garlic sausage delivers a zesty, flavor-packed punch that bursts with every bite.  Served on fresh Le Bus bread, the sausage is juicy and tender with a savory, salty-garlicky-herbaceous flavor.   The generous spread of bold and hearty whole grain mustard adds a tangy, vinegary zing with the cool, crisp lettuce and dense, chewy hoagie roll.

Served with a destination side order: Cajun blackened green beans with spicy remoulade.
