I miss the Pop Shop since moving out of the Delaware Valley. Fun blog--so much good food in the Philly area.<br><br>I do think their "grilled cheese" is stretching it. Many are just sandwiches with melted cheese on the ingredient list. But the Newton (I think), with grilled onions, cheese, and hearty mustard, is my personal favorite--and a true grilled cheese sandwich. Holy bejeezus!
