		<description>Well, even simpler, open faced sandwiches popular in scandinavia is simply bread with stuff on top. Surely anything wrapped in bread must be an even better definition of a sandwich then just bread with toppings... I guess if open faced sandwiches are sandwiches, so are burritos, albeit a subset in the sandwich family tree.</description>
