Ben Kessler found a way to combine his lifelong interests in technology and the culinary arts as co-creator and Director of Communications for Unbreaded and Sandwich Smash. A fan of fine cured meats and crusty breads, Kessler finds Philadelphia to be the perfect home, and Italian hoagies, the perfect sandwiches.
