Fishtown's Finest Burger And Fries

Sketch on Girard is apparently pumping out some tantalizing burgers made fresh and never frozen. Diners can choose from sirloin, kobe, bison or veggie burgers all of which come with a side of seasoned hand-cut fries and wasabi dipping sauce. Our mouths are watering already. Hit the read more link to hear all about it, over at Foodaphilia.

This place is going to go out of business now that PYT has opened up. It has more selections, but the choices are less inspired. It is way overpriced! And of course the location is whack (why would I want to go east of EKTA? And if I was coming from the east I'd just keep walking a little further), especially compared to PYT. Not the best business plan for a restaurant!

You know what, it's a good - not great - burger. But $15 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a bottle of iced tea is a good 50% higher than a dive can get away with charging

I'll stick with Standard Tap or Good Dog. Or I'll go to Snow White and get a cheeseburger, fries and iced tea for $7.
