Esquire's Encyclopedia of Sandwiches

Around this time last year, Esquire put together a formidable collection of articles ranging from sandwich recipes from top chefs around the country to a list of must-have materials when concocting the ultimate sandwich. Within you’ll also find the account of a man eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for the first time and another who swore off sandwiches for a year.

It really is a fine testament to the art of sandwiches. Click the read link to see the encyclopedia in its entirety.
