Sketch on Girard is apparently pumping out some tantalizing burgers made fresh and never frozen. Diners can choose from sirloin, kobe, bison or veggie burgers all of which come with a side of seasoned hand-cut fries and wasabi dipping sauce. Our mouths are watering already.     You know what, it's a good - not great - burger. But $15 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a bottle of iced tea is a good 50% higher than a dive can get away with charging

    I'll stick with Standard Tap or Good Dog. Or I'll go to Snow White and get a cheeseburger, fries and iced tea for $7.
