Contest: Win A Copy of Tom Colicchio's 'wichcraft Cookbook!

Tom Colicchio is a chef, restaurateur and judge on Bravo’s Top Chef, but did you know he is a sandwich aficionado? Colicchio’s ‘wichcraft sandwich shop has been a big hit in New York City, San Francisco and Las Vegas.

Today marks the release of Colicchio’s latest cookbook: “‘wichcraft: Craft a sandwich into a meal–and a meal into a sandwich”. Now no matter where you are, you can create and enjoy great sandwich recipes including Roasted Turkey with Avocado, Bacon, Balsamic Onion Marmalade, and Mayonnaise or Lobster with Sweet Potato and Fennel Slaw. For those with a sweet tooth you’ll even find some dessert recipes for a Chocolate Cream’wich and Rum Ice Cream Sandwich with Poached Pears.

To celebrate this epic sandwichery we are going to give you a chance to win a free autographed copy of the ‘wichcraft book! Just follow these steps to enter:

- Go out and pickup your favorite sandwich, or create one in your kitchen.
- Snap a picture with your camera or cell phone
- Send it in an e-mail with ‘wichcraft in the subject and a one-line description of your sandwich to
